Starting at 10am with an 'On-Flavour' workshop hosted by Natalya Watson, followed by the afternoon WiB Seminar with its array of panel discussions and talks.

Beer ON-flavours: Build your flavour vocabulary and become a better beer taster
Does wheat beer really smell like banana, or is it all in our heads? Join Natalya Watson, WSET Beer Educator, for an interactive sensory workshop that brings the WSET beer lexicon to life.
Rather than focusing on off-flavours, you'll explore the positive aromas – or “on-flavours” – that make different beer styles so unique. In this a hands-on tasting experience, you'll smell and taste a variety of foods, fruits, herbs and spices that represent key malt-, yeast- and hop-derived characteristics found in beer. Then you’ll put your skills to the test: tasting a selection of beers to practice detecting and describing what’s in the glass.
Sharpen your palate, expand your flavour vocabulary, and taste beer with confidence.

• Silencing the doubt: Overcoming imposter syndrome to help you to achieve your goals
